How do I request a Court Reporter Transcript?

Information regarding Court Reporter Transcripts in Juvenile proceedings may be found by clicking here.
Court Reporter Transcripts in Civil, Criminal, Family Law, Probate or Mental Health may be purchased directly from the court reporter who reported the proceedings. Requests for Court Reporter Transcripts may be submitted using the form below. In order to process your request, you will need the following information:
- Case Number
- Date of Proceedings
Note: After receiving your request, the court reporter will provide you with an estimate of cost to prepare transcript. You will make arrangements with the court reporter for payment. Please allow one week to be contacted by the reporter. If you have not been contacted in one week please call Court Reporter Services at (657) 622-6878, Option 2 then Option 8.
